The Original Craft Wok 14-in is a 14-inch, 15-gauge (1.8mm) carbon steel wok, commercial grade, with a round bottom. It is not suitable for flat electric or flat induction stoves, as carbon steel woks may rust. However, instructions for easy seasoning are included, and our customer service is ready to guide you through the process whenever you need it.

The Round Craft Wok 12-in and the Flat Craft Wok 14-in are also available, with similar features and benefits. The Round Pre-Seasoned Wok and Flat Pre-Seasoned Wok are pre-seasoned for convenience, making them ready to use right out of the box.
