Mecete 2-Tier Pull-Out Cabinet Organizer for Pots and Pans

The Mecete Pull Out Organizer offers a convenient solution for storing pots and pans, eliminating the need for digging through them. This organizer is designed to fit cabinets with a depth ranging from 53.5 to 62.5 cm, making it suitable for a wide variety of kitchen setups.

Upon receiving the product, users will find two types of screws - M4 and tapping screws. Along with the screws, an electric screwdriver, tape measure, pliers, and a cross screwdriver will be required for installation.

The installation process begins with disassembling the sliding rails. This is done by extending the rails to their full length and then releasing the black clip to separate them into two parts. The next step involves placing the two vertical frames on a desk and attaching the sliding rails to them using the M4 screws, with four screws per rail, for a total of 16 screws.

It is important to note that the four M4 screws at the tail of the upper sliding rail, near the damper, should be loosened slightly. Before tightening these screws again, the black frame should be adjusted back and forth until the distance between the rail and the frame is equal to the cabinet depth minus 25 mm.

Once the frame is installed, it is crucial to ensure that it does not interfere with the cabinet door or its hinges. Additionally, the distance between the vertical frame and the cabinet door gap should be more than 47 mm. If the distance is less, the frame should be removed, and the black frame should be adjusted again.

Next, two tapping screws should be installed into the backboard of the cabinet, and four tapping screws should be installed into the cabinet floor. The inner sliding rails can then be attached to the pan lid holder using M4 screws, ensuring that the head of the inner sliding rail matches the handle of the pan lid holder.

The pan dividers can be easily adjusted by sliding them, allowing for the storage of various sizes of pans. The pan lid holder should be installed on the upper layer of the frame, ensuring that it clicks into place on both sides. The pan holder can then be installed on the lower layer of the frame, also with a satisfying click.

The Mecete Pull Out Organizer can accommodate up to seven pans and seven pan lids, and it is essential to ensure that the sliding rails do not obstruct the cabinet door or hinges. If the cabinet door is a pull-out type, the installation instructions in the manual should be followed, as the product includes two door mounting kits for this purpose.
